Chris Faulkner
Managing Director & Corporate Team Leader
Chris studied law at Lancaster University and the College of Law, Chester, before progressing his corporate legal career with almost 20 years working in some of the most prestigious law firms in the East Midlands, including Geldards, Fraser Brown, Buckles, and most recently as Derby office leader for Knights. Chris established Orbit Legal in 2020 with the aim to do things a little differently, bringing together a great team that clients enjoy working with.

Charlotte Stojak
Corporate Team Senior Associate
Charlotte has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business and asset sales, and management buyouts: with particular expertise and interest in owner-managed and family-owned SMEs.
Charlotte is always happy to chat about:
• Future growth or succession planning with directors, shareholders or individuals
• Horses (including her own and her son's pony)

Kam Faulkner
Operations & Marketing Manager
Kam studied at Loughborough University business school and has since worked within the UK headquarters of financial services as well as in entrepreneurial start-ups, developing her problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills which she now brings to the day to day management of Orbit Legal.
